How to Measure Your Dog for a Harness
Finding the right harness size starts with two simple measurements – your doggo's chest and neck.
Whether you have a Moodle, Cavoodle or another gorgeous pup, we always recommend measuring your dog rather than choosing a harness based on breed or weight alone. Dogs come in all shapes and sizes, even within the same breed!
How to Measure Your Dog's Chest
Using a soft measuring tape, measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, usually just behind their front legs.
Keep the tape snug but not tight. You should be able to comfortably fit a couple of fingers between the tape and your doggo.
How to Measure Your Dog's Neck
Measure around your dog's neck where their collar would naturally sit. Again, make sure the measuring tape is comfortably snug rather than tight.
What if My Dog Is Between Harness Sizes?
If your dog's measurements fall between two sizes, check the measurements for the particular Twomoodles harness you're purchasing, as sizing can vary between harness styles.
If you're still unsure, get in touch with us before ordering and we'll be happy to help you choose the best fit for your doggo.
