We currently ship all our goodies with Australia Post – they’ve been great at getting our treats to your doorstep safely.

We work hard to get your order packed and on its way within 24 hours of receiving it (yep, we’re quick!).

🦴 Personalised Items

Need a little extra time to get that pawsonal touch just right—please allow 3–5 days for personalised products.

📦 Order Updates

You’ll get an order confirmation once we receive your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on the move.

📍 Flat Rate Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $11.50 which you’ll see at checkout. All parcels come with tracking and Authority to Leave, so no need to be home when it arrives.

🏡 Safe Spot Required

Please make sure there’s a safe spot for your parcel to be left. Twomoodles can’t take responsibility for packages lost in transit.
