Twomoodles Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you (and your pup!) to love everything you get from Twomoodles. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging—just like you received it.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to inspect it, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s landed safely and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed straight away and applied to your original payment method. Easy as that!
Haven’t seen your refund yet?
If it’s taking longer than expected:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider—it may take a few business days to show up.
Still nothing? Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of the above and still no luck, please email us at support@twomoodles.com.au and we’ll get it sorted.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items can be refunded. Sale items, sadly, are final.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. Need a swap? Email us at support@twomoodles.com.au, then post your item to:

Shipping Info
You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost—this isn’t refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, your exchanged item may take a little time to find its way back to you.
