Your pup’s bow tie is cute—but it still needs a little care! To keep it looking fresh and fab, spot clean with a damp cloth or give it a gentle hand wash. Avoid soaking or rough play. Treat it kindly, and it’ll stay bow-tiful walk after walk!

We do our best to show off the true colors of our products, but keep in mind that the colors on your screen might look a little different. After all, screens can be tricky! The real-life product is where the magic happens.

We currently use Australia Post as our preferred delivery service.

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours once received.

Please allow 3-5 days for personalised products.

Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.

Shipping includes a tracking number and "Authority to Leave" so no need to be home.

We charge a Flat Shipping Rate of $11.50 which is displayed during checkout.

We also offer Click and Collect if you live locally.

Please ensure there is a safe place for your parcel to be left.

Twomoodles will not be liable for packages that are lost during delivery.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
